Garlic Butter in 30 Seconds

Ingredients

  • 50g butter (softened)
  • 1 clove garlic (finely minced or grated)
  • Pinch of salt

Optional:
- Black pepper
- Chopped parsley
- Squeeze of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place the soft butter in a small bowl.
  2. Add the minced garlic and salt.
  3. Mix together with a fork until smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Ways to Use

  • Spread on toast or fresh bread.
  • Melt over steak or chicken.
  • Toss with pasta.
  • Brush over flatbreads or garlic bread.

Notes

  • For stronger flavour, let it sit 10–15 minutes before using.
  • Can be stored in the fridge for 3–4 days.
