3-Ingredient Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 200g self-raising flour
  • 200g Greek yoghurt
  • ½ tsp salt

Optional:
- Olive oil or butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
  2. Add the Greek yoghurt.
  3. Stir until a soft dough forms.
  4. Turn onto a lightly floured surface.
  5. Knead briefly until smooth (about 1 minute).
  6. Divide the dough into 4 pieces.
  7. Roll each piece into a thin circle.

Cooking

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Place the flatbread into the dry pan.
  3. Cook for 1–2 minutes per side until golden spots appear.

Notes

  • Brush with garlic butter for instant garlic flatbread.
  • Great for wraps, dipping, or serving with curries.
  • Dough can be made slightly wetter or drier by adjusting flour.
